RETURN POLICY We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of unused or defective merchandise within 15 days of original purchase. However, please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing and incoming). Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. All returns must be unused and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued. Please allow 14 days for the processing of your return. On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price towards another purchase or receive a refund. PRICING Prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to prepare our catalog as accurately as possible, suppliers pricing may go up or down after publication and our pricing will therefore adjust accordingly. Descriptive and typographical errors are subject to correction
Expand How do you determine Hat Sizes?
Women's and children hats are sized according to circumference . The most common hat size for women is 22 inches or 57 cms.
To measure head size, use a flexible tape measure to measure the circumference at the widest part of the head, usually an inch
above the eyebrows.
 
If you are not sure that a hat will fit properly, please let us know your head size and we will try to fit the hat by tightening or relaxing the sweat band.
For some hats this adjustment is not possible to do. We will suggest then to use a head size reducer band which usually is a foam band that adheres
to the crown of the hat between the crown and the sweatband. The Band does not touch the skin and it is removable.
There is no additional cost to you for making this adjustment.
